U Beauty The SCULPT Neck + Décolleté Concentrate is a 50 mL treatment for the neck, chest and jawline. U Beauty calls it a multilevel formula engineered to visibly tighten, lift and contour the skin across those three areas, and its directions are to apply it morning and evening to clean, dry skin on the neck, massaging gently upward from the décolleté to the jawline. It sits with neck and jawline firming options.
Worth setting expectations before anything else. The American Academy of Dermatology's position on firming creams is that a moisturizer can make lines look less noticeable, and that a cream cannot lift sagging skin the way the word lift suggests. Every claim below is U Beauty's, and the word visibly does a lot of work in all of them.
U Beauty builds the formula on what it calls SIREN Capsule Technology. On its own technology page, U Beauty says the capsules respond to individual needs, concentrating ingredient delivery where you require it most, and a dermatologist quoted on that page describes the approach as delivering actives predominantly to areas of oxidative stress. Predominantly, not only. U Beauty itself does not claim the capsules release exclusively at damaged sites, and neither does its research.
That research exists and is published: a study of the technology appeared in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology. U Beauty's chart from it shows roughly a 55% reduction in free-radical activity for a SIREN-encapsulated vitamin C and A formula against the same formula unencapsulated. Two things follow. It is a test of the delivery system rather than of this product, and the formula tested contained vitamin A, which this one does not.
For the product itself, U Beauty publishes a consumer perception study: 30 volunteers, 28 days, twice-daily use. 96% agreed hydration improved, 93% texture, 90% elasticity and 86% that skin felt firmer and tightened. Those are people scoring themselves on a 30-person panel, which is a different kind of evidence from a measurement.

U Beauty's instruction is morning and evening, on clean dry skin, massaged gently upward from the décolleté to the jawline. It gives no quantity, so start small and judge it on your own skin rather than on a pump count somebody made up.
Two other neck treatments on our firming shelf are worth putting beside it. The SkinMedica neck and décolleté cream is the one editors name most often, and it is a cream rather than a concentrate.
The third is iS Clinical NeckPerfect Complex, the third neck treatment on that shelf.
